1) Who we are
This Club Shop is operated by My Club Group (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Ordering and contract
When you place an order, you are requesting us to make and supply the items shown in your basket. Your order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
3) Product information
Club Shop items are pre-designed for your club. Product images are for guidance. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished item.
4) Sizing – please check before you buy
It is your responsibility to select the correct size. Please refer to the size guide shown on the product page before ordering.
Because items are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds if the wrong size is ordered.
5) Made to order – no refunds / no cancellations
All Club Shop items are made to order. For this reason:
we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, or incorrect size selection; and
once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended (including size, quantity, or personal details) unless we confirm in writing that production has not started and a change is possible.
6) Delivery times
Club Shop items are made to order and delivered in approximately 5–6 weeks from the date your order is placed.
This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery times can vary due to production schedules, peak periods, courier delays, or factors outside our control.
7) Delivery details
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
8) Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or we have supplied the wrong item, please email customerservices@myclubgroup.com
within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your consumer rights.
